Day-Date 18239 Double quickset

In 1988 the second generation of the 5-digit 182** Rolex Day-Date was introduced and the 183xx with diamond cases.

It included a new movement, caliber 3155 and contains a double quickset function. This allows the wearer of the Day-Date to quickly adjust the time, date and dat easily through the different positions of the crown.

Besides this there are no mayor differences compared to its predecessor, it are only small details, such as case thickness and endlinks. Of course it still contains a president bracelet, available only in precious metals, fluted or smooth bezel.
